Sucrost

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1 : How is Sucrost produced?

A: Sucrost is created through an infusion process, which involves non- covalent bonding.

Q2: What is the advantage of Sucrost compared to a Dry blend between sucrose and Sucralose? Because as you may know many beverage manufacturers, do their own 1:1 sucrose: sucralose and Thailand producers Mitr Phol also produced dry blend as well.

A: Sucralose is just a "generic Sucralose". Dry mixing "generic sucralose" with sugar is just a simple process of mixing sucralose with sugar. Unlike Sucrost It does NOT have the same Core-6 function.

Key differentation of Sucrost:

Flavor carrier functionality enables the flavor of an ingredient to be conducted to the taste receptor just like sugar. "Generic sucralose" does not have this function.

Sucrost exhibits a minimal to non-existent aftertaste, eliminating the need for additional sweetener combinations to mitigate aftertaste. In contrast, generic sucralose often requires pairing with Ace-K or a masking ingredient to address its aftertaste. However, Sucrost stands out by not mandating sweetener pairing or masking agents due to its intentionally designed sweetness intensity curve, which closely resembles sugar.
